Jeffrey A. Livingston, M.P.H. is a healthcare management and consulting executive with over 30 years of experience managing hospitals and physician clinics. Jeff has a track record of success in reducing costs, improving performance, and bridging the gap between technologies, personnel, and business processes.
He has been an integral part of sixteen distinct healthcare operations in four different states — from rural to metropolitan, single to multi-site, long-term to short-term acute care, drug and alcohol treatment, and pharmaceutical research. His expertise includes optimizing group medical management, managed service organizations, rural emergency management, and federally qualified healthcare clinics.
Jeff holds a Master's in Public Health from the University of Minnesota and resides in Houston, Texas, where he continues to lead the transformation of healthcare operations.
